I honestly would give them a 0 rating. I have been dealing with hardship, and when I'm finally offered to give them money, they want to take my vehicle instead. They are rude, and they don't stop calling two to three times a day. I finally had to change my number due to the harassment. I only email now, and I hate how I'm being treated after saying I'm paying a large amount and then, a few weeks later, another amount that was good enough. I guess hardship doesn't mean anything to this company. I recommend others not to use them.

0 if I could .the way they say your always late and add on late charges .Also other charges to ,what we owed them about doubled in 2 years ,stay away from them ,I have went through a lot of hardships because of them.

If you can avoid it, do not ever use this company for a loan. They have "lost" my payment 3 times and it takes forever to get it taken care of and you can't get anyone to call you back. I've had to submit bank statements to prove I've made my payments and this time they had the nerve to apply a 40.00 late fee which I am now trying to get taken off. I will never go through them for a loan again if it can be avoided.

God awful company. McKluskey Chevrolet, who arranged for my financing through Avid Acceptance, aren't much better. Avid gave me their "welcome call" today but all they did was act like I'm not actually employed, can't verify my place of residence, don't have my driver's license, all that was LISTED ON MY APPLICATION. Or, did the dumb dealership not submit everything? Probably both. Anyway their interest rate is terrible for someone who's going into year 3 of Chapter 13 (and no debt incurred or job change since filing bankruptcy)....at 16.75%. The best thing I can do is make super large payments to get out of paying all this interest. Actually, the best thing I SHOULD be doing is telling the dealership and Avid Acceptance to pluck themselves, and just buy a used vehicle outright which I have the funds to do.

This place is the worst car loan business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! And Angelica is disgustingly rude! She has zero customer service skills and she talks to customers like she thinks they are beneath her. Once I'm done with this cat loan I would NEVER do business with them again. If you are reading this and considering this company DON'T DO IT!!

They indeed are awful. In their "welcome call" to me they indicated that they're not going to finance the vehicle purchase because they don't have the information they need for verification purposes even though an application was submitted, Avid just doesn't want to use any common sense by looking up addresses and phone numbers online.

I am auto dealer and love this bank. They knew what they were doing and was upfront with everything. Well not anymore. I will never use this lender again. Their underwriting used to be the best and now they have no clue what they are doing including the manager who thought it was a joke and couldn’t really help at all maybe because he has no clue what he is doing?? They have gone through a couple of managers now since I have been signed up and he is the worst. Very clueless and has no idea about credit at all and not even sure how he got the job. I will do you a favor and not submit any deals to them again. They do not care about the dealer anymore. So good luck Avid. Hope your around in a year from now and if so you better have better people managing and know what they are doing. Other dealers reviewing this. Promise do not sign up with them. You will regret it

I've paid on time for 2.5 years and have tried to work with this greedy company. Since the pandemic hit they have refused a payment deferral even though I've never had a late payment, they have refused 2 deferral requests from me. Carmax has offered to purchase the vehicle but this greedy company won't make a deal with me. I would rather tank my good standing credit than pay this company another dime!
