We purchased a car and paid it off the same day. They made an internal error, and it didn't register for six days. Then it took another seven days before they could even send the lien release. I was in communication with the prior owner the entire time, and they blatantly lied about timelines, whether they could send it directly to me or the prior owner, and had absolutely no concern for being honest with their customer. I wouldn't do business with them and am glad I closed my business accounts with them as well.

They approved me for a used SUV loan at sort of high 14.74 percent interest rate but big banks like Chase or GM Financial wanted way more like 24% for same loan due to high number of inquiries and other stuff on my credit report even though I have a flawless payment record. Oh for the old days before there were credit scores

The bank is friendly to work with and responsive. Rates were good. We have had the loan for 4 years. They allow you to skip a payment for a small charge after several ontime payments.

Would never recommend. When I first got the loan, I was mailing in payments, for 3 months, never got a letter or anything. Come March they called and said we was 3 months behind. Where did the $939 from the 3 months go? I paid the full amount over the phone that day, never missed a payment, somehow this past month we're $638 behind.

For anyone that sees this, do not believe this customer, they are lying to you. If you do your research and you look up the reviews they're saying the same thing I did. This is a paid person. They are paid to do reviews for this bank. It is not true. They are very bad. Very bad customer service and they will lie to you. You can tell them the lies they've told you and the exact date and time because everybody records their conversations now they don't even bother looking into it. This person is paid for the review. Do not use it

Do not use this bank. They are nothing but a bunch of liars. Every one of them do not use them. They'll screw you if they can. They screwed me out of my promotional money. They said 14 days. It's been 54 days and now finally they told me on the 54th day where I can get my promotional code. Guess what? It's miraculously expired. So now I got to file a complaint and all this instead of just getting on their little recordings and looking to where the woman that I first spoke with told me that I only had to wait 12 more days. Do not use Huntington. I highly recommend you do not use them but you can find out for yourself

Huntington came in with a good rate. Previous accounts matter to them UNLIKE Ally which I had more previous accounts with and they came in at DOUBLE Huntingtons rate
