They could care less about their customers, they made multiple mistakes and refuse to take any corrective action despite the mountain of proof. I would avoid this institution at all cost. Unfortunately they already have a terrible reputation with the BBB and have had many complaints filed with the Federal oversight for credit unions so they simply don't care.

Very helpful credit union! They were willing to take a chance on me and I wasn’t even a member. To top it off, on a brand new $100k truck!

I had rather not get another loan through Pen Air as they do not allow refinancing no matter what. I pay my bill in advance by at least three weeks every month and have never missed a payment and they will not offer a refinance for lower interest rate.

Biggest mistake I ever made was getting a loan through them . Even now one year after paying off my car loan have not received my title . I was out of work for a month and a half and went to a branch in Spanish fort al for help . Was talked into doing a deferment and I asked a lot of questions before even doing the deferment . I was told that it was “ a freebie month “ that no interest or late fees would be acquired for that month and that it would just be an extra month at end of loan . Nope not the case had 54 months late not one letter phone call anything . I also stated in my loan paperwork that they cancharge 20 percent for a late fee or a minimum of 20 dollars . Not one 20 dollar late fee a always the max amount was given . Had my address updated for a change of address received one or 2 pieces of mail at the updated address . They tell me they never had updated address info . With all the late fees and penalties aquited

Pen Air is the best credit union I have used thus far. I bank with another cu but it doesnt compare. This company put the needs of the customers 1st.

While this is one of the cheapest car loans available, remember the phrase you were taught as a child... Cheap is normally not better... Got in an accident, spoke to a representative and informed them of the situation, was told they had it for action, my insurance decided to delay payment, called PenAir back to inform them and again was told, it's okay, we understand... Well insurance held out for a couple months instead of paying right away, I kept PenAir in the loop, never dodged a call but guess who got tagged with a didn't make a payment on a totalled car and they won't take it off my record even though the payment cashed after a couple months when I obligingly gave any and all information asked? Cheap payments, cheap company, you get what you pay for folks.

It's a ok company theory instate rate to high to hard to make payments on app the staff is great they charge 10 dollars extra to make payments

I have gotten two car loans and one for a motorcycle through Pen Air. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I was able to finance my last car at 1.99% interest. The process was surprisingly fast and the customer service personnel I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. I will continue to finance through them. I also have a savings and checking account and paying car payments online is very simple. They have shared branching at numerous locations, which is now extremely convenient as I have moved out of the panhandle.
