I have a question for Service Credit Union: Why did I have to threaten to close the account to get assistance? Why did it take speaking and chatting with seven people before someone actually made an effort to resolve the issue?
Their system was supposed to be fixed today from an upgrade. The supervisor and rep asked unanswerable questions to get my balance. The questions this crappy bank asked was last transaction amounts. I CALLED to get my balances and they had me on the phone for 30 minutes telling me there are no other questions and I need to verify the last two transactions which I cannot see because they shut their system down for 4 days. It now literally tells me “please enter your invalid credentials” in red after logging in. I recorded the calls and took screenshots. I will be submitting this to the BBB, as well as leaving this bank.
