Founders Federal Credit Union Credit Cards

This institution has representatives who tell customers falsehoods about what can and cannot be done with their money. Their business practices need to be addressed. It's no wonder that this credit union is not accredited with the BBB. My account has been compromised several times in the past few months, and I was told that I could have my money transferred to my new account once it posted. Yet, when I attempted to do so this morning, I was informed that the transfer was not possible. This experience has been a nightmare. I do not understand how they can get away with this. I am hoping that by posting this, others will not fall into the same predicament. As a senior citizen who relies on my retirement income to pay my bills, it's difficult when you cannot access your funds. I advise against dealing with this credit union.

The process for APR reduction and Credit limit increase was easy. I love this bank, took all of 5 minutes to get both done. I will also call back to get an approval for my new auto as well. If I do it within 30 days they will use the same report. Easy peasy.

They have looked after my Financial needs for 20 years I have never been late on a payment with them pay loans out the head of time.

i am all good. can’t think of anything to say for a review. this is my bank and i like founders and the credit card. hope to pay off soon

Visa Cardholder Services Reps are gr8. Trying 2 build my credit 4 the first time & they are very helpful, patient and informative.
