I have a TEG credit/debit card whose PIN # I cannot remember because I am dyslexic. When I try multiple times to get the PIN# correct at a bank or ATM I get shut out of my accounts. I tried to change it online to something I can remember but TEG does not make that possible. I called a customer representative to change it and that was not possible. I have no doubt their excuse is security, but the net result is frustration and hardship for the customer. Clearly TEG needs to try a little harder - like other banks-- to ensure adequate security while not burdening the customer in this manner.
