TTCU Federal Credit Union Credit Cards

I have been a customer of TTCU for Over 30 years. The customer service has never been as bad as it has now. I ordered a new debit card because mine was falling apart, not lost or stolen, on July, 12 2023. Two weeks went by and never received the card. I called and talked to their customer service. The lady told me that the computer shows still in the system and that it has been taking more then 10 days for card delivery. She said wait a week and call back if it is not received. I did that today. The customer servise told me that card was not ordered on the 12th, but August 1st. I said no it was ordered on the 12th. I told her I needed a new one because mine is falling apart, not lost. I told her to cancel the order and I would just go in to a branch and pick one up. OK so I get to work and need to use my card and it was declined because they canceled my account number against my wishes. I called and talked to a supervisor or manager who had an attitude, no customer service training at all. I ask him to turn my card back on, he Said he would not do that. He started arguing with me the customer. He should have said " we are sorry it was our mistake we will turn it back on asap" but he lacked the knowledge and training to say that. Just had a chip on his shoulder. I suggest no one use TTCU. They are a 2.5 billion dollar credit union and don't care about their customers. If it hadn't been for all the depositors since it was established, they wouldn't be in business. They are like Walmart, so much money that the customer doesn't matter......TTCU, before you respond and tell me you apologize, don't bother I don't believe it and I have already talked to a person in charge and they don't care.........good job ttcu.

TTCU is a wonderful institution. They offer great rates. I have checking, saving, and mortgage with them. I have had car loans in the past and was very satisfied with the rates. The people are kind, courteous, and offer lots of help. There is a drive through as well as online banking.
