I've only needed to call them a couple of times for further assistance (over the last few years) and each time I received satisfactory customer service. I will say though, unless you have multiple products with this bank (like savings, CD, loan, etc) their checking account fees can be really high! Thankfully, because of my husband's relationship with them (and our loan) we have been able to pretty much avoid these fees. I recommend going in and speaking to a representative to find the best option for you as opposed to just going online (because they can usually recommend ways to avoid high fees if you plan on keeping a lower balance).
