Never again. Their technology is from 30 years ago. I cannot even get a 1098 form from their website because "your husband is the primary on the account and your login is different." For the record, his login did not have it either. Flat-out falsehood. Plus, their website is down all the time. Just awful.

In attentive and waste of time. The branch manager is not apparently capable of reading email or attachments. The online system does not download or process statements like it should. The underwriter requests and creates documents to demand that do not exist. I'm still at attempting to produce documents and running around in circles with a bank that has no idea what it is doing if you are not a perfect match to square hole. Do not waste your time if you are retired. Do not waste your time if you have self employment income. Do not waste your time if you have talked to another lender. Do not waste your time if you have assets.

I like working with Washington Financial. They were on top of closing my loan and ahead of time. I really enjoy working with them.

Deanna Mora from Tucson is horrible, so unprofessional. I wouldn’t even get calls or emails about updates on the loan status and when I called her to get an update her assistant Brittney said that Deanna doesn’t have to be calling us every single day to give us updates (which was our first time calling). Even if we did call every single day it’s her job to answer the questions. Would never recommend Washington federal so unprofessional

I had a terrible experience with this bank in Olympia. They provided misleading information about refinancing my loan. I choose to take out a loan with them based on the information they provided (my loan officer even confirmed with their underwriter) only for them to come back months later with different information. It seems they cared more about making money than being honest. Incredibly disappointed. I filed a report with the consumer financial protection bureau.
