I am beneficiary of my families trust. I have requested a full accounting since my last grandparents death, multiple times and through multiple ways for most of 2024. At first I was met with gaslighting distractions by our trustee Todd Lincoln Then their attorney Whitney Ellis attempted to shut me down via false claims of their going above and beyond their duties we pay them for. One of those duties is providing the full accounting within 90 days of request. Its been closer to 300 days and still no FULL ACCOUNTING at all, just fragments of accounting every 4-5 months they claim is from a third party source but do not display that third party and ignored my request for their contact information. When I mentioned them not fulfilling their fiduciary obligation and were being shady by attempting to hide the full accounting from me, they stopped responding to me all together. This was about 4 months ago. I have contacted all branches, sent multiple contact requests through the main website. Called ans spoke with Lynn, who then hung up on me after stating she didnt have to help me. left messages on linked in and facebook, which a chatbot in FB messenger finally said they would forward to their team and that bot is the ONLY response I have received in all these months. If there is nothing to hide in the accounting since the week my grandmother died, why not share it with me, a beneficiary, who is legally permitted to request and attain within 90 days of my demand letter. As well as all other previous attempts! Code 113.151 Also this, the judge only granted that I pay half of court related atty fees, yet Todd Lincoln back charged me half of all the other beneficiary atty fees and refuses to provide me proof that I owed that, let alone refund the amount I did not owe. Once again gaslighting me as though I requested a refund from the trust atty fees, i made clear before and after it was for the other beneficiaries atty fees.This bank is not integrable in duty or word.
