- Employment or Association Affiliation: You qualify if you work for or are associated with one of over 300 businesses, associations, or organizations located in the Research Triangle Park (RTP) and greater Triangle area that sponsor RTP Federal Credit Union membership
- Family: If you're an immediate family member (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, or grandchild) or live in the same household as a current RTP Federal Credit Union member, you're eligible to join.
Once you determine your eligibility based on the criteria above, you can apply for membership online. Applicants must provide personal information, including their name, address, Social Security number, and government-issued identification.
