I applied for a car loan here five years ago for my first car. They were very nice, helpful, and friendly. The application process was very easy and they approved me instantly even though I didn't have much credit. It was very easy to make payments and have them set up on auto-pay. I never had a problem when I was a little late on my payments either. I also have a savings account and have my paycheck deposited into my checking at DCFCU.

I have finally paid off my car and have been very happy with how friendly all the staff is. Additionally, all the tellers are very smiley and very kind and helpful. They also support local organizations in the community (another good reason to open an account with them). I also heard they are much more flexible than regular banks when it comes to fees and getting approval for car or home loans. I highly recommend banking with Delta County Federal Credit Union. It feels good knowing that this bank belongs to the people, not to the corporations.

I have been a member and customer of Delta County Federal Credit Union for more than 15 years. It is the best financial institution that I have ever done business with. Being locally owned and operated, everyone working there knows your name and provides friendly, courteous and efficient service. I have never had a single problem with the credit union.

Other services include mortgages and overdraft protection. Their monthly service charges are very reasonable, $6.00 per month for a standard checking and savings account.
