An absolute crap show. I was wanting to change my accounts to a buddle product. So I had to apply for a new savings account. No problem did that. Was told to call the next day. Did that then was told I would have to open another savings account because the one they told me to open the day before would not work??? They had to send the application to my wife's email because that was the email on file even though the day before they sent it to my email.??? So I get the application from my wife's email and the information cannot be verified under my SSN or my wife's.??? I have had an account with Rally CCU since 2003.??? Needless to say I will be moving my banking else where. This used to be one of the best CCU's out there but they are absolute chaos now. I would not given a star at all if I could have submitted without doing so.

I called Rally Credit Union for some help with my loan coupon, and after 1 1/2 hours, I was able to speak to someone who didn't know what to do, so she gave me Juanita Torres' phone number. After 2 hours, it went to voicemail; I asked to be called back. So far, no reply. These workers should get off their TikTok accounts and reply. It is a business bank, but no one answers the phone. 10/14/2025

I am submitting this review in reference to a Home Equity Loan that I made with Rally Credit Union in Mission, Texas, at the North Shary Road Branch. I wanted to extend a big thank you to Ms. Aida Villalobos, Jessica Guerrero, and the Loan Processor who worked expeditiously in processing our loan. The experience was outstanding, as Ms. Villalobos was very thorough in explaining the process in its entirety and made it very comfortable and easy. The experience was as great as when we first did our Home Mortgage. Thank you to Ms. Guerrero for keeping me informed about the status and progression of the loan. The Loan Processor was able to move this process along very expeditiously, which was very much appreciated. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Rally Credit Union if you are seeking a personal loan or other financial services. The Shary Branch personnel were outstanding to work with. Thank you and best regards.

I was at a rally in Aransas Pass and needed some change for a $100.00 bill. They asked for ID, and during the process, the machine got stuck, or something. The teller called someone to come help and mentioned it had happened again. So, I was still waiting for my change when Dominique A. came to check the machine that gives you cash, starting to see what had transpired, and I was still standing there waiting. I thought, does she actually think I'm going to wait until she finds the problem? I said I have a doctor's appointment in Corpus; could another teller give me change? Dominique directed me to another area to get my money. I waited, and then I said to the teller, "Did you want me to go there, or do you want me to stay here?" Dominique said, "No, you stay here." I thought to myself, I wasn't talking to you, and you're so rude. The teller came back and gave me my money, and I said thank you to her. But I did say to Ms. Dominique A., "You were very rude to speak to me that way, I wasn't talking to you, I was speaking with the teller." Dominique just said, "Yes, ma'am," instead of apologizing. I wished her a Merry Christmas and left, very upset about how that woman treated me. What kind of customer service is this? She should have told the teller and myself to go to the next window and apologized for the machine malfunction. That would have made me feel better. A rally employee should work with customers, it's so frustrating.

My bank account was compromised with suspicious activity, possibly fraud or unauthorized use by an unknown person. I received a call that I hoped was from a bank representative, so I went to the physical bank to confirm and take action because I was suspicious. A bank associate named Michael Villarreal proceeded to lecture me about how my suspicions were unwarranted and unfounded, telling me that "it's not cool to express such suspicion," even though the fraud amounted to over $1,400. He did not care about my suspicion and fear of losing money. I expect my bank associates to support me in the event that I could lose my hard-earned money, which they are in charge of protecting. Instead, I'm expected to prioritize not offending the bank workers' feelings before demanding that they protect my money. I didn't sign a contract that obligates me to consider the sensitive feelings of bank workers. I signed a contract that requires them to protect my money and assist me in resolving any fraud committed against me. I cannot do banking with Michael Villarreal again because he has confirmed that he is not interested in helping me; he is there for himself.

If I could rate this company with zero stars, I would. This baby bank was chosen by our car dealer to fund my wife's vehicle loan, without notifying her which bank was chosen. As a result, we had no opportunity to check reviews or learn more about Rally's business reputation.
As it turns out, this bank has no compassion, no empathy, and no heart for its customers, it's all about the money and how fast they can get it. Recently I fell on hard times and have been unemployed for quite some time. Until this month, my wife and I have been able to handle our finances without issue, but now we are having financial problems. My wife called Rally to request a deferment of her auto loan payment for one month, preferably two, as I am scheduled to finally return back to work in January but have limited funds right now. She spoke with two collection clerks (one was supposedly a supervisor) and both in their most robotic tones refused to help her, siting policy, even after she begged them for help to the point of crying on the phone. Even so, they remained robotic, showing no emotion at all. In the end, she was just transferred to a different department after being told that the only option left was to apply for a temporary payment reduction. After talking with a person at this department, who was also robotic, she was told that she would have to submit a whole new application and have her credit pulled again to see if she qualified. She did so and was then told that a VP had denied her application because they saw no financial hardship.
Now I understand that my wife's loan is new, but how they can say that she is not suffering any financial hardship just amazes me. Is having one spouse not working, not a hardship? Is being a teacher in Texas, not a hardship, when the Texas legislature is refusing to fund schools. Is it not a hardship, when one has to choose between making their car payment and Christmas? Come on. Please avoid this bank, if possible. They refuse to care.

This was the worst experience dealing with Navy Army Community Credit Union. I won't ever use them for a car loan again. When you fall on bad times and can't make your car payment, they tack the late fees onto the back end of your loan. I didn't know this until recently. I thought I was finished paying off my car, according to the Navy Army's app, and they reported to all three credit bureaus that the loan is paid in full. Lo and behold, I still owe $406.96 in late fees. The representatives said that this has to be paid for them to release my title and send it to Austin to be processed. The people here do not help their customers at all.

First of all you have to go through so much crap to get to talk to a person. I was showing a deposit but it didn’t show where it came from on my checking account. I called the first time and I was on hold for 10 minutes and then I got cut off. I called back I was on hold for over 30 minutes and finally I hung up. Real simple question where did the money come from? I finally just give up. I love the bank but the phone system absolutely sucks.

If I was able to give this agency a ZERO stars review I would. Called to set up a draft of our very first payment on car loan. RUDE people at the Corpus Christi call center. People at the local branches (Rio Grande Valley) very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. If you can avoid calling, DO SO.
