I experienced a very long hold time on the phone (over 60 minutes) when seven other companies handled my call within a minute or two.
Oxford Life told me that they do not send notifications about RMD amounts. They require customers to call and verbally ask for the RMD amounts. They give the RMD amounts verbally (one for each contract) but nothing in writing. Every other company I deal with sends me an RMD letter for each account.
