Worst Service Ever.
The teller was good considering that he couldn't do much .
Only for the application i had to get 2 days off my work because of the things and requirement that they ask. So after completing the application they told me to wait 10 to 15 business days for the decision but for the reasons that only they know i never got a phone call from them so after almost a month i called in myself to see what was happening. The firs answer was that the girl in charge was still looking at the application and this after 1 month!!! And then the guy tells me to call next day so they could give me an answer and so i did. Next day the teller was in phone with me and in the same time asking the girl for my loan because she didn't want to talk with me because was to busy unbelievable. So the guy is telling me in front of every one the rates of my approved loan in front of every one and also the credit card that i had the car loans so basically the girl of the loan screaming from the office next to him and he telling me what she was saying. Very very unprofessional and i asked many times to speak with her but she was never available. Beside of this that the teller told me the interest on my loan i asked him when i will get the money and he telling me call back tomorrow so we can tell the other details. So next day i call to know same thing and he tells me sorry but you are not approved because you have to much debt and this came from the teller and i said but you yesterday told me even the interest that i have to pay, so he tells me the girl change her mind funny !!!!. Considering that i had like $ 10000 dollars Credit Card and my salary is like 7000 Thousand a month. It was the worst experience that i ever had in my life on this kind of institutions and the loan officer the most unprofessional ever. I would never recommend to anyone this institution.
