I requested that he send the confirmation email to my phone, and he refused to do that as well—I am still waiting for a confirmation receipt. This has by far been the worst experience, and I am worried whether all four payments were applied to my account.
One of the ladies that works at First Franklin in Vidalia, Georgia, was unprofessional and rude. I tried explaining my situation to her, but she didn't care to listen at all, as if it was not her problem, and they will blow up your phone with calls for days if you don't have the money to make a payment.
They are a good company if you need a loan, but if something happens in your life where you fall behind on payments, they can get rude, mean, and unprofessional. They just don't care what's going on in your life; they just want their money. I don't recommend First Franklin to anyone because they are not understanding of people's circumstances.
Sincerely, a very pleased customer,
Carol Butler
