I have been with Citizens Bank for most of my adult life. My family has been customers for decades now. The customer service is excellent there. If a problem arises with your account they're readily available to correct it. They have served our area for many years and is a great place to do your banking.

You cannot submit a Citizens Bank personal loan application because the bank does not currently offer personal loans to new applicants. As of October 2021, the bank only services existing loans, though it is not clear whether the loans will open to new applicants again in the future.
