If I could rate this a -10, I would. We've been burned by this CU twice. I even expressed concerns to the dealership before signing papers for this RV loan. Fees, fees, additional insurance requirements, false reporting to credit bureaus despite making payments on time. I even reported them to the NCUA for their poor practices. And yes, they are lazy. They require you to complete all the paperwork for them, and as judge and juror, whatever they decide regarding your case is final to them.

Pick a different institution. If you are out of state in -35° weather and lose your card, you’ll have to write a letter and send it by horse and buggy for a separate card institution to even acknowledge your problem. Five nights sleeping in a blizzard... yay!

This credit union was good until something was incorrectly debited from my account for $250.00. I had never reported any issues previously. They required me to go through extensive procedures to get my money back. I'm leaving for a more reliable financial institution.

If you value competence, do not choose this place. If you value traveling without your card being denied or canceled, then refused a new card sent to wherever you're stranded; if you value not having to change your physical address; if you value not getting the runaround for two weeks, then don't use this institute. Thank God I use Chase for my credit.

The absolute worst banking association out there. Used for 20 years. Horrible customer service; they do not care to help. Savings account yield from them is not worth it.

Stay Away! The people are mean and nasty, even their branch managers. They charge you for fees that were never in your initial contract because they keep adding new fees all the time. You can't use their ATM without hidden fees, you can't transfer money to other banks without hidden fees, the mortgage escrow they failed to pay, our mortgage insurance they failed to pay. Just an absolute horrible and useless bank. We had checking, savings, and mortgage loans through them initially.

I had a loan with them, and once I realized how much they nickle and dime you I switched out. Well they decided instead of paying me my overpayment, they just opened an account and started taking money from it. I am now finally after two months waiting on a check, and they refuse to pay me the full repayment because they decided the fees from the falsely opened account is my problem not theirs. DO NOT USE THEM. This place is a scam union and I'm under the hopeful impression that they will soon be going under I'm currently looking into if something legal can be done against them for what they're doing. I also have noticed the only five stars are paid, or just haven't actually dealt with this business. They also seem to be over a decade old, around the start, normally when a company has fake reviews posted online to try and get a name out there. I mean one five star just says I look forward to this every year but doesn't elaborate at all, just a random statement to add a comment to a five star review.

They blocked my transaction despite sufficient funds and have been unable to help for the WHOLE DAY despite multiple attempts by the card services department m. I've been on hold for an hour from their main customer service. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE INCOMPETENT CLOWNS. I’ve been with them for years and I have no one but myself to blame I should have moved LONG ago. This is completely egregious. I have STILL not been made whole. Closing my account tomorrow. Worst customer service I've ever experienced with a mortgage company. Lack of professionalism, completely dropped the ball on writing a letter CORRECTLY tot the State of Texas, when very specifically given instructions on the way to do so. Did not answer or respond to the State of Texas in regard to the incorrect letter written which COULD HAVE corrected the issue. This lack of professionalism and interest in solving the problem for their customer (me) is currently costing the homebuyer and me (the seller) thousands of dollars by dragging the process on and on and on...and it's still not resolved.

They do not care about their customers. I had a personal checking, and two business accounts with them. Canceled all three after a year. Save yourself time and money and do not bank here.

The worst customer service and policies. You would think that especially during these tough times they would be more forgiving and understanding. Shame on them for penalizing people who are hurting financially during the pandemic.

This has been a great credit union to bank with. Very simple, never had to go in person, the dealership applied on my behalf. I would use them again.

One of the easiest loan processes I've ever had. Also got me the lowest rate and loan term for my loan. Tons of perks that I didn't have with my previous finance company.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! They are extremely rude and unhelpful. They charged my account AFTER I paid everything in full and didnt even tell me! Made my credit go down and they will not do anything to help. Horrible company
