I have attempted to pay this loan off three times and the first two they found additional interest. The second time they billed me for 11 cents in old interest on less than one year loan. I just paid them off on third attempt. I sent an extra dollar to let them pay anymore old interest. They just finally acknowledged I have paid the loan off. They also were very rude when I advised them initially I would not do auto pay. I was going to refi then just decided to pay them off to get away from them earlier. They are rude and cannot get facts straight. If they are the finance option next time I will pay cash or leave without the automobile.
