All In Credit Union Reviews
What's Your Rating?
These are the most lying, underhanded, and untrustworthy people to work at a bank. These people have all our personal information and handle our money and will look you straight into your eyes and lie to you as if it's nothing! They cover up and commit more crimes than any lesser criminal. They're deceitful, very misleading, and disrespectful. They have some very ill-bred attitudes. Customers, please check your accounts and know your rights. Don't allow Allin Credit Union to tell you anything. Contact an attorney and Google your rights. Please don't sign any paperwork that these people give you without comprehending what you're reading and signing, and definitely do not sign without your attorney's advice. You do have rights. Never reaffirm any loans, etc. By law, you do not have to, and they can't take your property unless you default. There's a grace period between each payment. You have the right to record all your conversations in the state of Alabama without making anyone aware of the recording. Know your RIGHTS and always protect yourself!
"Ben," who works for All in, is the most underhanded and untrustworthy person, and they have him working at a bank. He works at the branch located at 326 Honeysuckle Rd, Dothan, AL 36305 and wouldn't give me a printout of my payments, nor balance, and tried to keep me from making my mortgage payment underhandedly so that Allin Credit Union could default on my mortgage loan with the help of "Brannon" at 2462 Montgomery Highway, Dothan, Alabama 36303, who works in the bankruptcy department. Brannon also made some unprofessional comments during their phone call. One would only expect that from the mishap of a person that he is. Unskilled bullying narcissism with no consequences from leadership. "Brannon" told 'Stephanie', who also works at the Honeysuckle branch, not to give me my balance, to make sure my balance wasn't on the receipt, and to make sure it only stated that I made a payment. Stephanie was repeating what he was saying word for word while I was standing there recording the conversation. I asked her who was making the statement and she informed me that it was Brannon, the Allin employee from the Montgomery Highway Branch. I have no proof that my payments are subtracting from the balance. This is an underhanded practice that can be used to scam more money out of their customers. There are not that much interest; my money is supposed to be going towards the principal. I am advising anyone who has had these problems with Allin Credit Union or any other business to seek out legal counsel and file a lawsuit against these unlawful business practices.
Everything stated here is backed by evidence in the form of recordings from December 4th through December 6th of 2024.
It is unlawful to actively prevent someone from making their payments. It violates consumer protection laws and is often viewed as harassment through unfair business practices.
Date of experience: December 06, 2024
Looking over their negative reviews online from other customers who have complained about their poor attitudes and very unprofessional behavior speaks volumes!
Allincredit Union will do anything to conceal their misdeeds, including another lie that I've had problems with anyone there in the past. This is the first issue I've encountered since I filed a complaint with this conniving, deceitful company. My attorney is also aware of this. Heaven Linsdey was very rude, and several others have been as well.
I have a fixed-rate payment of $599.98, and Allincredit Union tried to increase my payments to $765.00.
People, please scrutinize these scammers.
Allincredit Union has tried to charge me in the past for another account with fees I never owed. They got caught, made excuse after excuse, and apologized when they were exposed. This is an ongoing practice with this company. A 2.8 rating tells you everything you need to know.
