The fact that this company charges double on interest should be considered a criminal offense. They charge a 580% daily interest on your loan! You also pay the interest accrued during the loan term. It's as if you aren't making any payments at all. They shouldn't even be in business. No matter how desperate you are, find other options.

I applied for a loan and was approved. However, they entered my account information incorrectly and were therefore unable to fund the loan. Additionally, there is no one available who can communicate effectively in English, and their service is incompetent.

I’m currently getting late notices for a loan that I didn’t take out. I’ve never even heard of this company until now. I called and they said they’d get a fraud package to my email right away but haven’t done it yet.

I knew this company was terrible and they even have a lawsuit but the lawsuit doesn't matter they are still charging double the amount. I couldn't get a loan from anyone else. I had an emergency and I was trying to save my property so I had to borrow from them again. Guys go to findhelp.org they have a no interest personal loan from Jewish loan company. They help with other things too so you go under personal loans.

They are thieves. I took out loan 3 times also. The first time was good and honest. The second time there were some discrepancy, so I paid it off immediately and the third time all of a sudden they have a daily fee of 580%.

I applied for a loan on 7/2/22 and it is now 7/8/22, have yet to receive the loan in my bank account and when I go to check it tells me that my loan is closed and paid off. I have not paid it off and I am very confused as to why this has been the case. I am currently sick with COVID and have been trying to get a hold of customer service since 5:30 pm and it is 7:42 pm. This company is a joke and is not worth the 600+% interest rate. DO NOT GET LOANS FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is so beyond irresponsible. They do not put appropriate people in positions. You can tell the people who work here did not go to college. Any company who hires that level of stupidity, I would never authorize to handle any debt. I had 2 unqualified individuals on the phone who tried to argue with me about how I pointed out that their online portal does not have accurate information. They kept blaming their IT department instead of taking accountability for the mistake. Then they tried to blame me for the call going unproductive. I would say it's those individuals that cause calls to go unproductive because they did absolutely nothing throughout the length of the call except to give me an unimpressed perspective of their company. It only creates a heavier reason for people not to get loans with them. Haha.

We agreed on a payoff amount and I paid it. I took screenshots and have emails that show the loan as paid in full just for safekeeping. Sure enough, a month later I get a message saying my loan is past due. I go on their website and my loan that was once closed is now open again and showing that I owe money. These people are legitimately criminals and you shouldn't borrow from them. I would've chosen zero stars if it was possible.

These people are a rip-off. How can the government allow them to stay in business? They are charges so much more money after paying a loan off. Now they are trying to charge me more money. They are not in business to help people. They have also cause me more stress that ever. They need to be shut down.

I just received a phone call from a representative regarding a document that needs to be mailed to me; That document is supposedly a “court order” claiming I am being sued a huge amount of money. I explained to him, “This is a SCAM & is absolutely false!” He replied, “Default judgment”...(Whatever that is.) How did I get here, because I am aware of the fact that this company is a SCAM. I hope everyone else gets the knowledge here and EXPOSE them IMMEDIATELY before anything bad happens. Please do not get caught in that web!!

Report this company to the CFPB! They didn’t properly disclose my loan details to me at all. Also, after doing some digging, I found out that they actually settled a lawsuit last year and had to cease doing business as AWL and their owner at the time, Mark Curry left and the company’s new CEO is Eric Lau. It’s been “rebranded” as Caliber Financial but it’s the same old company. Also, even though they claim to be based out of Oklahoma on a reservation, they sure do a lot of work in Merriam, KS. Seriously, I think this entire company is a scam and needs to be investigated.
