Arizona Central Credit Union

Bank is horrible. Rude and unfair, don't ever get a loan or bank with this bank. Would give 0 stars if I could. I paid off my account, then was hit on my credit for a late payment and they refused to fix the situation.

Awful customer service. There are only three people in the loan department; their phones do not allow for callbacks or to leave messages. I have been trying to pay my car off for two months now, and after two checks being sent, they keep claiming the money has not yet been received.

They changed my account without notifying me, and now, instead of covering charges and allowing the account to go negative, they simply charge me an overdraft fee, which prevents me from processing the payment further. They used to be a good bank, but I would recommend almost any other credit union over them. Try Desert Financial; they haven't done anything wrong to me yet.

Very easy to work with. Don’t like the gold times but they offer a callback option so you don’t sit on the phone. Every single employee I have encountered has been awesome

I refinanced my vehicle loan the Arizona Central Credit Union. They were able to finance me for significantly less than my original car. It. It saved me thousands of dollars

Can never get someone on the phone. Refinanced my auto loan through them last month, all I needed to do was contact someone to set up automatic payments because the app won’t allow me to do it. Called three times in one day and got nothing. Took my business elsewhere

Complaint ID 15059286 through the BBB due to the auto refinancing loan underwriter failing to recognize proof of income. Proof supplied from both the Veteran's Affairs, (certified letter of proof of monthly payment,) and also from the Army Reserves official Defense Financing and Accounting services Leave and Earnings statement, (which showed the yearly gross earned at the bottom.) Also failed to recognize as valid or review the official and publicly shared Reservist yearly income pay tables offered online. Unless they change their policies, good luck if you are Military or a Veteran having any pre approved loans actually underwritten and approved.

Low interest rate and reasonable credit limit, no cash back or airline miles are offered. Easily managed through Arizona Central credit unions mobile app.

I will never do business with this credit union ever again, and I want to warn everyone to do the same. First they have horrible customer service and disregard the needs of members. They were a difficult to deal with even something simple like setting up auto payments. My greatest reason for disliking this bank is that my car was totaled and even though I communicated with them, and my insurance has paid their portion Az Central cu is reporting me late to credit reports. I have contacted them to no avail, they are not going to assist me in anyway. So I shall deal with them on this matter legally but I will never be foolish enough to do business again.

I hate traditional banks and try to do business locally, but I regret that now having experienced Arizona Central Credit union. First they make it very difficult to set up auto pay. I like most people, don't have checks but wanted to set up auto pay. They required that I go to my bank and get some form to set up auto pay. This was not convenient do to my work schedule so I had to call in each month and tell them to charge my account.

That is not the worse part of dealing with AZ central cu. My car was totaled and I was hurt in accident and had to fight with my insurance regarding replacement value. Arizona Central is destroying my credit because they say the payment from insurance company is not my payment and even though I have gap to pay the remaining balance off they are reporting late payment on my credit. I have let them know my dis pleasure but they don't care. I will never do business with this horrible bank and recommend you stay away also. The customer service is non existent and they not member friendly, I only wish I would have looked at their reviews before I sign for a loan with them. NEVER AGAIN

I had a wonderful experience with Arizona Central Credit Union when I was temporarily working in Arizona. The customer service (from the branch I was localized in) was excellent; kind, courteous, and intelligent. I never had a problem with my checking account and everything was neatly organized in their online banking service, which I would recommend anyone to use if they are a member of this credit union. I would thoroughly recommend those who are looking to open a checking or savings account to investigate Arizona Central Credit Union.

I had no credit... I always paid cash for everything. I recently asked myself why not make some?... I went to the Arizona Central Credit Union. They said a loan was no problem after looking at my income stubs. They were very kind and family oriented. They really did want to work for me and help me get what i want. I walked out of there with a great interest rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have had a car loan through Arizona Central Credit Union since February of 2007. The customer service I have experienced at the Tucson Branch has been exceptional. The tellers are always friendly, and anytime I have a question I am greeted with a prompt and friendly answer. When I first got my car loan, I was a 21 year old college student with very little credit history established. I was able to obtain a 7.5% interest rate with this credit union. I feel for my age and inexperience in life at the time, the interest rate they offered me was very fair. In the six years I have been with them, I have never experienced a problem. They are always there to help and offer friendly advice. They also offer a ‘skip a payment’ program I have taken advantage of a couple of times around the Holidays. Arizona Central Credit Union puts their customers first, and I would recommend them to anybody.
