We cannot recommend Aaron and his team enough. We were preapproved on our new build via our builder's preferred lender, as that was the requirement. They were also offering a large amount toward closing costs. As we were approaching closing, we reached back out to the preferred lender to get the ball rolling. We didn't hear from them for a week. In a slight panic, we started to search for another lender. That's when we found Aaron. Working with him was nothing short of a blessing. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. He always made himself available and was working after office hours to answer all questions and ensure we were able to seal the deal. He made this process easy and offered so many options, making it easy to find the perfect loan for our family. Funny enough, he was able to find us much lower rates and closing costs than what the builder's lender was offering with their incentives. All anxiety as first-time homebuyers was put at ease working with him and his team. We would recommend them ten times over and will use Aserta Loans for all of our future purchases.

I was in the middle of purchasing a home with a pre approval I received from another lender. The lender then couldn’t get me approved because he did not take my wife’s debt into consideration. In the state of Texas your wife’s debt is your debt. I then got another lender and they could not approve me even adding 3 people to the loan.
