A collection account was added to my credit report for AT&T. I do not have, nor have I ever had, an AT&T account for at least the past 10 years. I was never contacted by AT&T regarding a past-due account.

AT&T was and is the worst phone company. They knew I didn't get any signal and never reimbursed me nor did they try to fix the issue. But they want payment. Total BS!!!!
Att will report your paid off bills to credit reporting agency whether you paid your bill or not. I paid ever month and I paid for the next 2 months and they still reported it as non payment
Calling me on an account that was fraudulently set up without my knowledge. Person went in to att store and charged phones to my account saying they knew me I never allowed anyone to do this.
This is a bill from AT&T that was paid when account was closed. I called when I closed account to make sure I was zeroed out, and was confirmed as doing so. 6 months later I start getting calls about a balance of $60 which is totally incorrect. No one will go back and check records.
AT&T Supervisor dismissed charges on this account 7 years ago and now they reappear. This is a common problem when dealing with this company.
I paid off my account with ATT because I moved to an area they didn’t serve. 1 yr later they decided my account was past due and have been hunting me down ever since. I moved in 2019, for some reason this keeps appearing as if it happened 3 days ago, for nearly 5 years now.
Amount not accurate. Att users received their device back. It was late due to health reasons. But they received the device back in great working order.
This company is bad !!! I paid for over a year internet bill that was connected at my neighbor's house not mine for some reason the price kept going up ATT .... My internet was supposed to be free because I'm on lifeline .. when I refuse to pay more and switched over to a new provider I was left with this unpaid bill that also made my credit bad.... Bad business folks !!!!!
That account was not right att always trying to get money that's not theres.. Those are bogus charges and they aren't mine....Take it off my credit .
I do not owe this debt. This bill is for phones that were returned to AT&T and they state they didn't receive even though I gave them the tracking numbers from their return labels showing they were picked up.
This is the result of at&t not accepting payment one day late and turning off My service I need to work. So I went to another phone provider...and in the middle of the pandemic....not one ounce of understanding
AT&T is charging me for a box direct TV that I took back to them after I cancelled before my promotion expires the lady I gave the box to said I don't owe any money on my account that it would be closed and in good standings now I'm getting billed for $765 for the box I took back and it's ruining my credit score that I been trying to get build up if you want to go to AT&T go at your own risk they tell you one thing and then lie to your face about and then charge you the bill anyways
This is fraud. Owe nothing to ATT, Paid always on time, then stopped them for fraud & canceled, so retaliatory act to destroy me financially. Crooks & won't pay after two years & nasty people still calling me for money. Won't do business crooks with no service.
