I have paid over $16,500 on a $14,400 car loan, and they are still charging me over $3,000. They added a car insurance charge without my knowledge that this was even possible. Additionally, when I had an accident that wasn't my fault, they asked me to pay the money out of my own pocket, and then they would send it to the person who was supposed to repair the car. To this day, I have not received a refund nor an explanation for the many excessive charges. When they added their car insurance to my account, I was two months without insurance because I wasn't working, and I wasn't using the car; even so, I have made my payments on time. It wasn't until I sat down to figure out why this debt still hadn't decreased that I realized these excessive extra $3,000 charges.

It's terrible that they took my car. I made the payment via MoneyGram and I called them for the release of the vehicle and they said it's all good, all the payment is good. Two weeks later, they call me and tell me the money never posted on his account and they have to take the vehicle back.

I was in a bad living situation when I needed a car and was on a hotel voucher program for 6 months. This is the only place that would give me a loan to lease a car. Everywhere else said no because my address was at a business. They did require me to have GPS because of my address but that's not a problem at all. Thank u guys!!!

Dealer Sucks! I had to put a new transmission in it one day after purchasing it and 30 days after that the brake differential broke which is going to cause me another $5500 to fix. The dealer and truck is trash. I bought a lemon and the lender should better qualify the dealers they work with. Y’all can come get the truck!!!

Always 2 months or more behind on reporting to agencies. They have tried to make me late by mistakingly sending my statements to new address when I didn’t move. Latest is no statement 2 months in a row. Called. Not there fault. Must be post office. Gas company finds me every month. Water and electric. Post office just has it out for acc. Whenever I call they will reply to no question till they update all there info. Address. Employer. Last bathroom movement. Etc. why do you need to know this when I want to know where my statement is. I just want to do my job every month and pay them. Why don’t they do there’s?

They approve people with very little credit history and scores that are on the lower side and the entire relationship since I've have financed has been a pleasant one although my interest rate is a bit high but that's understandable with my credit at the time. They were definitely a lifesaver because I was in a serious accident and it was my only option in order to get a vehicle to transport me and my kids to and from work and school.

So far they are kinda irritating! First off it cost me more money to pay my payment NO matter how I pay! Then on their website it tells me my payment was successful and they are calling me and tell me my payment didn't clear! Idk what is going on, but they need to fix it

Heed my warning! This company will rush the loan through knowing they are lending to desperate borrowers - without consideration. Do not be desperate enough to use this lender. We needed a vehicle for our business. Obviously being in the food industry, we hit a rough spot with the pandemic. They refused to work with us and repossessed for being only $900 behind. Now how are we supposed to haul our concession trailer to make money to pay our note??? ? Lesson learned. Do not fall victim to Automotive Credit Corporation shifty lending practices!!
