I love Bank Forwards home-grown style of customer service. They are still a small bank but they seem to be growing more and more every year. Whenever I walk into my local bank I am always treated with a big smile and cheerful Greetings. They have been more than accommodating when it comes to any questions or concerns I may have about my account. Once my card information was compromised along with thousands of other people's card info, and no fault of Bank Forward, but they acted quickly to get me a new card and assure that I would not have any problems. They are a wonderful bank and go above and beyond when it comes to serving their customers.

Bank Forward is an excellent bank. Their checking accounts have no minimum balance and no monthly service fees which is exactly what I was looking for. Their online banking is easy to use and understand which is a must for banking needs these days. If you do happen to have an issue where you need help it is easy to get a hold of “real” person. Perhaps the big feature that is included with their accounts and online banking is the online bill pay. Like their online banking, it is easy to navigate and understand. There is no cost associated with using this feature and it allows you to send off your bills without having to deal with those pesky postage stamps. Online bill pay also allows you to set up reoccurring payments if you wish to go that route. Overall I would highly recommend Bank Forward to anyone looking for a bank.
