This is a direct result of Apollo lifelite they were supposed to have settled with my insurance company they were in agreement every other medical bill settled with my insurance company. This was supposed to have been taken off my credit not only did they not take it off but they have it on here twice they had it on here where I made payments and where I didn't make payments I started out making payments of $25 a month to this company because I thought I was responsible for it then my insurance company tells me I'm not I stopped making payments I call them I explain I send them the paperwork where they were in agreement and it's on here not watch but twice and it's ruining my credit I'm trying to bring it up from being sick on life support and they won't even bother to take it off they are very much in the wrong I would not ever recommend them!

Company not willing to accept payments. Spam calls me now. One rep called with threats on how he would cut my throat. Not cool. Very scared and this person has all of my personal information. Will report to the police. Rep lie about their real name.

I already paid them. My insurance paid them. How many times do they want to charge me for the same bill? They refuse to remove it from my credit report. I find these collections companies to be a scam they don’t work with you they take your money and then they don’t do what they say they’re going to do which is get this off your credit report.

Grace West, was great and respectful..thank you Ms. Grace. Bay Area is not telling people that they charge interest on the accounts they receive. I found out through Ms. Grace that Bay Area does that. That against the law and I am reporting them to the Better business bureau.
