Cannot set up auto monthly payments. Plus loan keeps showing up any credit report even though I pay off small amounts each month by a check.
Very stubborn collections agency. Not as responsive as they should be. Have been calling and writing to have erroneous information removed from my credit. I have sent required documents to assist with the investigative efforts however this process is painstakingly slow and still affecting my credit score.
