On the way out, my mom, who was very upset by this time, mumbled that something was wrong with the woman who had been bullying her. Another staff member overheard this and informed the manager. The manager then went to the door of the building and told my mom that if she returned with "that attitude," she would be banned from the building. I was incensed when I heard about this and called to find out whom my mom could file a complaint with. Jasmine Gissentanna called me three days later and spoke to me first and then my mom. My mom was asked to call back with some information needed by Jasmine, and when my mom called back, Jasmine was never available. No one has reached out to my mom since then. Do not open any type of account at this credit union because the staff is incompetent and hostile. They have a clique situation there, and it's affecting the customers.
RUN I promise you do not use Bayport !!! Go to Navy Federal. I am a member of 3 credit unions American Airlines. Navy Federal and Bayport. Bayport is the WORST
