It was the worst experience I've ever had. I opened an account in October 2022, and in January 2024, they closed it unexpectedly. I contacted customer service, and they apologized, informing me that I could provide a checking account from another bank and that the money would appear in my account within nine business days. Fifteen days later, I hadn't received anything. When I contacted them again, the customer service representative assured me that I would receive all my funds in the first week of March, but it didn't happen. Instead, I received a $1000 transaction, and that was it. I was so upset, but I decided to contact them once more. They responded by saying they had sent a check to my address, which I should receive within sixty business days—a check that I was unaware of because nobody had notified me. After thorough investigation about this bank and their ally MAZA, I concluded that this is their modus operandi. They create a false image, then you suddenly lose access to your money. They seem to use it for whatever they want and provide excuses to placate you.
Personally, I find this situation incomprehensible, which is why I'm writing this review. I want to prevent others from being in this position. It’s been two months, and I don't know if I'll ever receive that money, but I want to ensure that everyone knows about this fraud.
I do not recommend this bank at all.

Easy to get an auto loan for a 2023 Audi Q7; competitive rate for September 2023, but the first month's interest was $450. This seemed outrageous to me, so I tried multiple online amortization calculators and none of them came back with such a high first month interest payment as my loan with Blue Ridge Bank and Trust. Something seemed off, and I could not get an answer that made sense. I refinanced to a slightly higher rate after the first month, and the interest payment for the first month at the new bank was $330.

Thanks for helping me finance my daughter’s car. I like working with someone local instead of somewhere in an other state and I can stop at the bank in person

I opened an account with Blue Ridge Bank and Trust when I was 16 and still bank with them. They have great staff at my local branch who are more than willing to help out with anything you need. They are very knowledgeable and will help you out even in hard times. I have also had to deal with fraud issues on my account and my bank helped me every step of the way. They are the ones who called me because they noticed irregular activity on my account. Most people dread going to the bank. Not with this company. I looked forward to making deposits, withdrawals, and Christmas club. The tellers and managers are great and make you feel like family.

I love this bank! I have been with Blue Ridge Bank and Trust Co. for almost ten years and their service just gets better and better! The tellers are always so friendly and I never have to wait more than five minutes to be helped. My baby gets so excited when it's time for us to go to the bank. I normally use the drive-thru window and the teller always sends a sticker through the tube after my transaction and my kid thinks it's the best thing ever! I've never had any issues with this bank and I intend on sticking with them for another 10+ years!
