Man this is the worst ever customer service and inexperience I have ever had in over 15 years! I highly recommend not to deal with this company! Currently waiting on a payment to go through that I made over a week ago! My next step is suing this company and wiping them clean if they don’t do what’s right

Absolutely the most vile customer agents I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. So happy that I called, informed them the account isn't mine, and on my recorded line, they called me a deadbeat and told me to pay my bills. Then they proceeded to call me after hours and at my job - love that though because now they are about to feel the wrath of my lawyer...

I was in a tight spot for a while and just recovering, and they never hassled or bothered me one time. Very professional compared to many of the companies or firms that I have heard people talk about. Some of these other firms really depressed these people and put them in a bad state of mind.

Called and they have some address down that not even me and they want me to pay for something that not mine. Lady was nice and I understand she is just a worker however, not paying for something that I was being charged with.

I recv’d a letter from OU Medical that they were accepting the balance my insurance had paid. After a year the collection from Bull City showed up on my credit report & I contacted them. I faxed & emailed them the letter I had received from OU Medical saying they had accepted my balance as paid in full. I never was billed for these amounts from OU or explained from Bull City which Dept they were for. They would not accept the letter. I found them very unwilling to work with me.

I have contacted this company and prove to them more than three different occasions that my bill would Duke Energy has been paid on time and on the right date they refuse to remove the derogatory remark on my report they are a holes

They keep saying I owe and even worse they keep changing the amount owed. It’s been paid and now it’s been proven they are wrong and yet I never win dispute. It’s unbelievable

They provided good service but wasn't informed or contacted after last payment I made after disconnecting my power b4 I moved to another address. I could be disputing the charge after I speak with them due to the fact the charges may have occurred after I moved out if they had left my electricity left on past the disconnect date I was given..I was not aware of this up until reading this.

That bill is incorrect for sure and it should have already been taken care of I have paid them 3 times and they still are saying I owe them and I don't. I haven't even had used that company since 2017. So why don't they go away and let me go on with my life
