Quite possibly the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. Right after buying the vehicle, my check engine light came on. I had the codes read, and it was a faulty sensor. So I took it to their service department and said, "Hey, the check engine light came on, and the codes said it needs a sensor." They had my car for a day, called me and said it was done. Then they informed me, "It was just low on oil, so we did an oil change." No, it's a sensor that I authorized, not an oil change. Fix the sensor. Four months later, the water pump goes out, so I decide to give them another shot and make an appointment to have it replaced. I was given an appointment for last Tuesday. It's now Monday of the following week, and I still don't have my vehicle back for a three-and-a-half-hour job. I called last Friday and was given, "It may be done today." I called this morning and was given more excuses as to why it's not done. Do not buy a car from these incompetent people. Literally, the only person who hasn't lied to me or given me the runaround is Lindsay in finance.

I purchased a Hyundai from this dealership and was not informed of any defects. My car had been stolen six times before purchase and three times since, with significant damage each time. The dealership has not provided a satisfactory resolution, only suggesting I retrieve the car each time. This ongoing issue has caused distress and could negatively impact my credit. I need a solution other than "get the car back," such as a replacement vehicle or loan cancellation. The lack of assistance from the dealership is unacceptable.

they sell cars at almost 10 times their actual value and write it off as a deal because of a warranty. they are a scam and only want your money. Their service department, while fast, is half baked and the problems will show up again about 6 months to a year later. If you want a new car, just go to a real dealership where they actually give a damn about you and sell a vehicle for what it's worth.

I visit Byrider in May 2019 at Mcknight Rd Pittsburgh, Pa. I was the first person approved under the changed name, which used to be J D Byrider. The vehicle broke down in September 2019 due to electrical problems. I was out of a vehicle for a month.. The mechanic sent the vehicle to Nissian dealer 2x the the vehicle was unable to be repaired. The supervisor wanted me to trade the broken down nissian for an cosmetic damaged 2013 Subaru. DON'T BUY FROM BYRIDER
