I give Capital Accounts 2 stars just to give them whatever credit they deserve. My interaction with Capital Accounts began when they solicited my business to collect debt. I almost never entertain offers from telephone solicitors (only twice thus far) and told Capital Accounts repeatedly over many months, if not years, that I would not do business with them. Sam Roberts, the third person to contact me got me to agree in November 2022 to inform him of some of my business's debtors. Capital Accounts thought that I was indebted to my company, and called me to collect a debt owed by one of my company's debtors. That was not the real problem. The real problem began when Capital Accounts claimed that they had called me 41 times. Neither Sam Roberts, nor anyone else, answered my question about the legitimacy of that claim. About 5 months later the claimed figure of calls they had placed to me had risen to 48. Again I asked about the legitimacy of that figure. Sam Roberts said that he did not know and that it was someone else's job. If they did not call me 48 times (they did not) yet claimed that they called me 48 times (they did) why should I believe their claims about the number of calls placed to my debtors? I should not. Those dubious claims, unwillingness to answer for them, and transferring responsibility to someone other than my account manager was sufficient cause to sever my relationship with them. As far as I know, no money was ever collected from my debtors.

I have an account with them. I called today and asked to dispute all I was told was to pay it to get it removed no option to dispute it. I told the person I have two insurances the doctor never billed the 2nd why is this my fault. Plus, I explained I never even received the results from the test. Only option is to pay with a promise to get it removed.

$4800 after deductions for 5x Chiropraktiker Treatments (a ca. 10-15 mins.) is a little bit to much, i can’t really blame the insurance to refuse to cover it, but putting it on my credit record 2 years after without ever getting a bill or anything else is just not right. Unbelievable methods, can’t get rid of it, but I am not going to pay it anyway.

Not my account. Numerous attempts at correcting have gotten nowhere. No response from this agency, and no correction. Unethical and unfair.

I called and was greeted very nicely. The lady that answered and told me her name and ID. Then she asked my name. Then she asked if I was going to pay off the debt and I said yes. She took my info and then told me my debt will be removed off my credit by July 1st.

I have no idea who this creditor might be but I did use Southern Smiles Denistry's service several years ago and they seem honorable. I assume the bill for $187 is correct but I never received an invoice.
