Sneaky/scammer practices will approve your loan but deposit it in a fake account they make up and then use your information to pay themselves back.

Language barrier is hard. Sneaky practices. Customer service isn’t great. The interest rate isn't horrible, but I'm definitely curious about their business practices. I wish there were more English-speaking representatives.

Cash Central is a deceptive entity; do not submit your application details. They are fraudsters and have been reported. They only want your personal account information and nothing else. When I addressed the issue with them on the phone, they kept transferring my call and provided no clear explanation regarding the transfer of funds to my account – they merely confirmed it. I called and reported this to the BBB and my bank. They have an elaborate setup with various individuals posing as employees and voicemail. They lack professional communication skills. The positive reviews they have here are entirely fabricated by their own team of scammers.

They scammed me, to be honest. They never gave me my cash and they still charged me afterwards. The customer service never even answered me back.

I have been doing buisiness with them for years. I am out of credit card debt. I have one credit card in case of emergencies. If I do choose to buy something out of my price range...I get a quick loan and pay it back. I use a code. Sure I could do the same thing with my credit card. But I can also extend the card. The loan I have to pay off. It keeps my spending in check.

I been using cash central for 1 yr. I never had any problems with them. I wish that I could get more than 250. I have always paid my loan back on time.

BE VERY CAREFUL! I submitted an application and then received an email link to link my bank account with them. Then I called customer service to verify the application status and they said the bank account number transmitted during the bank linking process didn't match what was on the loan application and that they wanted me to send them a bank statement. Clearly, they matched as I was able to verify to her that I had entered the right account number on the application by looking at a copy of my application. After wasting my breath yelling at this stubborn customer service rep, I asked for her supervisor and they told me the exact last four digits of the bank account number that was transmitted to them during the link process. It was completely different. Then she went on to say some BS excuse like how it may have been from my saving account or how it was transmitted incorrectly. I don't even have a savings account. I knew at that point they were scamming people or trying to do some shady stuff. DO NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH THEM! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!

This account was not opened by me it has been sitting here for almost 3 years collecting dusk. Please lose this account and re.ove it from my credit ifyou are unable to prove I signed the documents to even open this account which have not. Dispute

This company saved my buts and i don't have any regrets dealing with them,I forget the young lady i delt with but she went above and beyond to help me with the process funds where sent very fast and I was able to take care of my problem.A life saver A big thank you to cash Central!!!

I told these people that I didn’t take out a loan with them, and that I was hacked and they wouldn’t help me resolve the issue they started to harass me instead!

I was told that once I paid off the account, that the derogatory report would be removed, yet it hasn't, still, more than a year later

They have always helped when in need fast and dependable. The customer service people are always willing to help. On line app is easy
