I banked with CBBC for years, and never had any complaint about them. I would have stayed with them if they had been a national bank, but sadly, they are not and I joined the army and needed a bank that was where I am. Every time I went in any branch, they were always nice and friendly. I can't say that they went above and beyond, but they didn't do dirty business either. The application process was simple; they just needed the normal documents. It was quick and painless compared to most bank application processes. If I ever am back in Blount County, I will switch back to them.

I have been banking with CBBC for nearly ten years now and my family has been doing business with them for much longer. When I needed to set up my checking account, and subsequent accounts, they were able to help me navigate through the paperwork. Concomitantly they were friendly and acted as though they truly cared about me. When I need to order more checks, make deposits, or have a question someone is always able to help me. On the chance that they cannot help me, they can quickly ask someone for help.
The benefits of this being a small local bank is the down to earth people that work there. They mostly know who I am without asking for identification. Finally, with all the recent economic blunders they have managed to stay above the fray in terms of profits and sound decisions. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone due to their superior customer service and sound business acumen.
