Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust Company was more helpful than I could have hoped for. They were lenient with me on tight months and even lowered my interest rates after the first year of payments made on time. The most important thing for me however was their customer service. I’m a sucker for a smile. The people they have working there are all smiles and kind words and that might seem like a small thing to some, but it’s the most important thing to me.
The perks are great as well. They offer a 3.25% interest rate on their checking accounts, as long as you use your card 15 times during the month. Another perk you get for using your account 15 times is that they'll refund all of your ATM fees for the month.
