It's been a great loan and credit union to work with and I hope to be able to get this and my other personal loan at this credit union paid off by the end of 2023.
With the help of the people at Charlotte Metro. My credit score as of 10/16/21 at 9:00pm is 591 points. My loan has a balance of $250.40. THANKS Guys!!!!!!!
They just bought premier Federal credit union and that's how I ended up with CMCU so ha e a very limited amount of experience with them but the rollover went very well and easy on my end .they took care of everything all I had to do was set up my online account and their app and the rest was done by them.
I am so disappointed. I have been banking with another bank for years and I love them, but I am trying to buy a house, and everyone told me to go through a credit union. So I was planning on setting up an account with CMCU to establish a relationship. I applied for a savings account (required) and a no-fee standard checking account. After my application was completed, I got a notice that my request was processing and that someone would contact me soon. The next day I got an email congratulating me on my new checking account that was going to charge me $10.95 a month in fees. I sent them an email back saying I did not apply to open that account so please just don't open the account. The email I got back said that they would close the account, but that it would take up to two weeks to return my initial deposit and that it would be sent in the mail as a check.bhowever, I would still be charged the $5 membership fee. It also did not seem apologetic or helpful, concluding the message with "happy Monday!!"
