They are terrible I was hit in a car accident they drug out the settlement for over 5 months or I had to sell my house because I was unable to work first they were unwilling to pay certain parts of the damage even though they're insured person was written up by the state police and was asphalt they tried to make it 50/50 at fault then they would only pay more of certain things they're nothing but liars nothing but crooks they ruined my credit score I had an 800 credit score and because I got 5 months behind in my house it went clear down to a 520 I will be there dirty dog until the day I die I will go on every media site and I will share what they did to me until they come back and settle with me properly they put a noose around my neck and tightened it until I was forced to sell I drove professionally for 26 years and because of this accident I can no longer get my CDL because I cannot pass the physical due to my knee injury they don't care about the customer and they don't care about the injured

Indiana Farm Bureau does not care about the average human being it's all about money I am now just climbing out of the hole that they put me in as a victim by one of their insured clients the person that hit me lied to the insurance company then they stretched it to make it look like my fault even though the state trooper wrote up their client as fault because of this they stretched out the settlement then they tightened it so tight I was forced to settle because they know by law they can wait two years to settle. Because of them I was forced to sell my house and I lived in my pickup truck for a whole year and a half only because they destroyed my credit because I Got 5 months behind on my house payments because of not being able to work they do not care about a human being the only care about money my suggestion to you folks is do not go with Indiana Farm Bureau and I swore I would blackball them until the day I die

I want to thank Indiana Farm Bureau for destroying my life I had a nice house i had and after getting hit June 19th of 2020 you stretched me so tight that you forced me to shuttle early you play the game because you know legally you can stretch it out for two years if someone says they're going to take you to court I've been living out of my truck for the last six months I had a knee injury which cannot be healed I was forced to sell my house I was one week from losing it to repossession I will only say this you care only about the money you do not care about the victim I can only say this I am now out of money because nobody will hire me because I'm homeless and because being homeless I cannot get the job that I had 26 years and you had the nerve to tell me to get a different job it's hard when that's all you've done for 26 years I kindly came back after you for another $20,000 to help me so I can get surgery but you were rude and blew me off because of this I am on my deathbed unfortunately you take this too lightly because you do not care about the consumer except for their money I pray for each and everyone of you that screw the victim it's now only a matter of time before I pass away in my truck if you think I'm kidding watch newspaper headlines because I have a whole outline on my Dash that I wrote out thinking Indiana Farm Bureau for destroy my life you forced me to settle for a lousy $18,000 which 80% of that I used to catch up on my bills and the buy a pickup truck at auction I pray for Indiana Farm Auction you're as bad as thieves

They take money out of your account as they please overdrafting it! I will be contacting the BBB about this! Horrible customer service! Once you give them banking info, you better knock on wood.......

I am a proud customer of Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance. They have great competitive pricing with benefits and great packages. They have great customer service skills. Their office is clean, professional and their staff is polite. I have not had any problems with Renters or Car Insurance since I started with them. My renters insurance and car insurance combined are under $100 a month! They have different options with different deductibles that are low! I know i'm in good hands and if something happened i would be covered and my family are fully covered. The phone representatives have great communication skills and i'm not talking to a robot. Keep up the good work!

I've been with Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance for two years now and have really had no issues with them. The agents are always polite and eager to help me with any issues I might have. I've never had to file a claim with them, so I can't speak about claim responses, but I have had a minor billing issue (they double charged me one month due to incorrectly remove a proof of prior insurance credit) but they refunded the money back into my account 10 days later.

I'm happy with them, and am happy that they don't try to rush you off the phone when you have a question, and that they genuinely seem to care about their customers.

I recently had water damage to a detached garage. The face page of my Homeowner's policy says that detached garages are covered. I called my agent who said the loss was covered and to have the damage cleaned up. I did so and when the company who cleaned it filed their claim, it was denied. Why? The insurance adjuster said that since I didn't park a car in the garage, it was no longer a garage and not covered. I don't know what else it could be – it has an overhead garage door and an electric garage door opener. There is nothing in this garage since I only have one car and prefer to park in my attached garage. I can understand some insurance companies try to get out of paying a large claim, but this was a little over $1,000 – not anywhere close to the premiums I have paid in the past 6 years.
