Total Shysters! They take your money up front and then change the deal to try to cancel but keep a portion of the premium. For example: After renewing and cashing the check for payment for full year in advance, they demanded an inspection "immediately!" this should be ordered as a condition of a renewel but these sleazeballs do it this way to wiggle out of coverage and keep a fee. Oh and if you try to make a claim? They will fight you over everything, even threatening legal action & getting police involved. They are the worst...avoid at all costs!

Lloyd’s insurance is a Scam, this company will not pay out when something happens, avoid this company , they will happily take your money monthly and then will not pay when something happens, avoid like the plague

Worked with them to provide my small mental health clinic with professional liability coverage. Everything was in place with a firm quote and signed documents. 3 days before my old policy was set to expire, Lloyds pulled out of the policy due to "underwriter error". Now I'm scrambling to find alternate coverage at the last minute.

Not a great experience. My father passed away and his house needed to stay insured during probate and sell. I notified the Corsicana office that my father had passed and was told the house was covered through May. When I contacted the office asking about renewing the policy I was told that the policy had ended in February. Instead of being honest and telling me they didn’t want to renew I was mislead and told the policy defaulted Very dishonest

Absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, would rather go to the dentist then speak with either one of the jerk agents I have had to deal with. They have been condescending, pushy, rude, and made this storm damage to my home that much worse. The inspecting adjuster was great, but that has been the only glimmer of hope with this terrible company. The adjusters back in the office are not following what the inspecting adjuster told me they would be replacing. Jason and Ray both have actually hung up on me because I insisted to speak with a supervisor. Do not use this company, you will regret it just as I am after a claim. I will be switching to another company just as soon as this process is over. Horrible company, horrible attitude and they will not get anymore of my business.

My brother referred me to US Lloyds Insurance after I complained to him about my current provider and how I was looking for a different provider. He had been with US Lloyds for years and raved about them so I did a bit of research and decided to give them a call. They were very friendly and helped me select a policy, and I have had nothing but good things to say about them in the six months that I have been with them. Thankfully we haven't had a reason to take out a claim, but I am confident if we ever did that US Lloyds would be helpful.

I recently purchased car insurance from U.S. Lloyds Insurance Company as I try to get away from some of the bigger providers such as State Farm. I was fairly concerned about the rates as I had never heard of Lloyds before, but when meeting with an agent there, my concerns were eased greatly. The rates are comparable to most other big-name companies, but are slightly lower. I've spoken to a few different agents at Lloyds, and they have all been really nice people who aren't trying to get you to buy different plans. I don't plan on leaving them anytime soon.

I was referred to U S Lloyds Insurance Company by one of my cousins. Initially I was bit reluctant but later found them hassle free. It is easy to use their web site and when I wanted clarification on a number of things, I just rang up the customer service department and they were very helpful. Overall, a very easy way of doing business with them. They would cover all kinds of damages and reach to their customers in all kind of losses. I am enjoying my business and feel as if I am a part of U S Lloyds Insurance Company. I would recommend this company for all my friends.
