I don't know if they're being paid, if it's their own families, friends, or the companies themselves giving these stars high ratings. But I can tell you from my own experiences with this company and AutoNation USA that they are very deceiving, liars, crooked, have no respect for the law, are hackers, fraudulent, and very dishonest. I had to retain an attorney because of them; they sold me a salvage car that absolutely cannot get registered in any state. Whoever is the crooked person in South Carolina in the Charleston Department of Transportation or DMV who approved this car for a one-year registration under my license to obtain a plate should be imprisoned for doing dirty work. I want CIG Financial to be shut down, and the manager needs to go to jail for forging my name, lying, blocking me from getting approved by other banks, and selling me a car that was written off and salvaged by the insurance company. This 2020 car has no air conditioning, engine failure, and much more. Both the AutoNation USA employees named Terry, Pierre, and the manager of CIG Financial need to be arrested. They cook up schemes and think that God wouldn't protect consumers. People, please watch out for their paperwork; they tried to pull a fast one on me, but they got caught forging my name. Save every piece of document for your own good; don't sign anything that says arbitration. They forged my name on that; they even forged my name on lien paperwork when I have numerous telephone conversations and over 200 emails asking if this car is under a lien. Mr. Remeriz said no. I had to call my governor in Georgia on them. I called the South Carolina governor, and she warned them, but they laughed. However, after my governor of Georgia and the Georgia attorney got involved, they confessed that the car had no title and it has a lien. So, people, they think because they have money they can buy everyone out, but my God, the Holy Spirit, God is greater. Didn't P. Diddy think his money could buy everyone out? When God says it is time, then it is time. Every honest dealer told me to dump the car in the parking lot, but I am taking it to court. You have been warned; beware of this company, CIG Financial, and AutoNation USA. You have been warned. I wish I could give them a rating of zero.

They are always available when i need help and are great with making sure all is smooth and up to date best loan ive ever had!

To me the prices are somewhat fair and they have an app you can go to and pay your car note it’s very easy and you don’t have to call anybody.

This company is a scam. Do not give them any of your money. They stole my credit card information! They will sell you a dream, but it is all a scam. These people are bad!

Cig Financial hasn't been hard to work with when it comes to payment due dates..agents r great to work with in scheduling due dates and payment options

CIG Financial Care Loan was until, but interest rate was too high, but had friendly support and company will work with you to better manage your accoumt.

Always understanding and helpful I'm really happy with CIG financial was concerned when I got my loan because of other reviews but I have found all the bad reviews to be untrue

I've trying to get re finince with this Co. With no success what so ever. So now I'm looking to other creditors for refinancing of my current vehicle
