The Martinsburg branch is "okay" within itself. The main issue is that they have a fantastic employee who seems to do everything in that branch. She is the most knowledgeable one there, from my experience. I truly will wait 30 minutes to have her as a teller rather than anyone else. All of her colleagues tend to go to her anyway if there is an issue, as if she were a manager. But she isn't. I'm not sure if CNB knows how to promote their awesome employees properly. I won't say the employee's name, but she really stands out from the others.

Ordered new clothes. Did not realize they were going to charge me over $30! Now I'm overdrawn until next payday! Being charged $35 plus $5 a day. So how much are those clothes costing me?

Horrible customer service. We were hacked, and it's going to take possibly longer than 15 days to get the money back into my son's account. It's going to take 5 days to receive an email for him to sign to get the process started. We have accounts at other banks, and they take care of matters like this immediately. We will close this account as soon as he gets his money back.

“We are currently experiencing higher than normal call volumes. Press 1 to request a callback.”
I called customer support/fraud dept. because my card was stolen, then they said that someone was in front of me in the call after already picking up my call and taking my information. I would never engage with these people if I didn’t have to. The customer service lines for cnb are voracious maws of time. Use only if a masochist with unlimited time and a love for poorly-compressed looping music. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This Bank is highly unprofessional, inefficient and caters to only wealthy people, I understand most of the banks do but this bank is on the other level of being uber rude. Most of the tellers have no idea what they are doing. I also feel they are stereotyping every customer but that's my opinion. Manager is one of a character does't even know why come to the bank if you don't know how to run a bank, They need a complete makeover by firing all this unprofessional rude obnoxious employees including the manager who runs all the time without knowing anything. Please remember why give business to this folks who only caters to wealthy and w folks. I understand banking is a business but this bank is only a different level. Stay away from this bank and give your business some other bank who has respect for you and you're not just an account number for them. Stay away at all the cost, There are so many other banks in the market, so shop around!

3 months to start a construction loan seam excessive, taking papers down multiple times(did they lose them?) Impossible to talk to a loan officer, do not return calls. Waiting for an appraiser for weeks so contractor can get another draw, poor communication. As soon as house is completed all money will be pulled out of bank. I've been with cnb for 40 years, so very disappointing.

My small business was forced to close and I’m now being sued personally for $100k business loan PLUS racking up legal fees to defend myself. NEED HELP! PLEASE show up in court to help fight this injustice. Will post where and when soon. THANK YOU!

They call your house and then turn around and say they're going to charge you with harassment. Because you question charges on your account that didn't match with the letters you got in the mail. Neither one of them are respectful and they do nothing to help their customers and the marriage manager in clearfield don't even call the customers he makes everybody else do it

My bank merged with CNB in Feb 2019. We've had all kinds of trouble ever since then. First, our old debit cards were shut off a couple days earlier than we had been told they would be, with no warning, our new cards not active, and the bank was closed extra for the transition! Had trouble with automatic payments foe the first few months...our account numbers stayed the same but CNB kept calling to say they were being put through on the wrong avcount number. We moved out of state...my son went in to close his account before the move, took care of the paperwork they said he needed to do & withdrew his money. A week later we noticed that account had a 0balance but had not been closed so he called & was told it would be closed. A couple weeks later, we noticed a charge for a subscription he forgot to change with a NSF charge. I transferred $ to pay the sub charge & he called to get the NSF charge removed & the account closed. It's now 5 days later, 2 O/D charges have been added & the account has not been closed! I would not recommend this bank to anyone!!

I've had nothing but good things our with this bank. I opened my first account while in high school and they have a specific setup for young adults that have lower required balances and very well explained rules for everything. Now that I'm in college I have a savings account with CNB also and through online banking Incan keep track of what is what with my loans and scholarships without fretting. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone due to their friendly staff and the ability to communicate effectively. CNB will have my patronage for as long as I can use that bank.
