Terrible interest rates, ATM fees, low withdrawal limits, horrible customer service, terrible lobby hours, no 800 number for 24/7 customer service, online banking frequently down, mobile deposit doesn't work half the time (can't read checks even though my mobile device has the best camera on the market), sometimes they don't even notify when a mobile deposit is declined, they sometimes decline regular transactions (overly sensitive fraud protection), but if you actually get frauded they don't care. Some accounts don't have fraud protection which may or may not be a violation of federal law. Bottom feeders.
