Cobalt Credit Union

The absolute worst credit union. They will fee you for everything and then be extremely rude when asking about charges. Example when we recently received the stimulus checks it showed as a pending deposit which normally goes through the next day. So I paid a bill that day knowing it wouldn’t go through until after the stimulus cleared. Nope they had that and three other charges go through first so they could collect 3 overdraft fees first. Then you call to ask what happened and they're extremely rude. They’re prime representation of money over doing what’s right.

If no stars was an option I would give them it. After 4 years top long I'm done with this bank. Horrible customer service, seems like you do what they say with your money. Not the other way around. The Blair Ne. Branch is the worst, ladies are very rude and don't care, I'm closing the account Monday when my paycheck that has been going into that account for 4 straight years every other week like clock is now pending and will post 4 days later from the time they received the money.
