At first this credit union that I have used seemed to be ok and everything would be good. I was wrong, I don't have a huge problem with them besides there Customer Service. Horrible was very rude and didn't let me talk that much at all. I'm sure they are a good union but not with whom I spoke to they were getting loud and I couldn't get anything across to them. I will not be calling them back and I will make sure to join a better credit union.

FCFCU was my answer to my woes with all of the much larger banks that have been nickel and dimeing me for decades. The whole process of opening my checking account was a breeze and it was up and running within 24 hours of closing my account at my previous bank. For the first time entering a branch of any bank I was greeted and treated exactly as a customer should be treated. Since credit unions are insured by the FDIC just as any normal bank I saw no reason to make the jump over and I am not regretting it one bit. The only trouble is when I go out of state for a period I have no branch to make deposits or withdrawals from, but rest assured they do have an online element to help with this issue. All in all FCFCU is a great choice of credit union for anyone in the Fairfield county area.
