The only thing I can really say is yes some companies are very rude and do threaten instead of being professional and asking nicely and trying to settle that way.But I personaly have not had this problem with this company.I did owe a debt all they did was just try to collect on that .I have not had any dealings in a lot of years I got in a financal bind and I forgot all about that debt so I admit it was my fault but it is cleared up according to my records I have checked I changed my 5 star rating because inaccurate information is in my report i have never even been to some of the places they claim and i have a low credit score due to this i reported it nothing being done i will give it one more day if nothing is done i will report to BBB and keep going until results you have not resoponded By Monday morning I think i will report this if i dont get results i have tried for days you suck

They harrass me constantly, threaten me illegally using scare tactics and don't seem to take advantage of any attempts to settle this debt. I have made multiple attempts to settle this debt yet never receive any response.

These jerks phone number is disconnected and never sent me an invoice or contacted e and then just attack my credit. I have had the same email and phone number for years.

This is not mine they bought this and they say it's my address but I disputed it and showed it's not correct and they still reporting this on my credit report

Am not owning protection1 any money.am in the process of taking protection1 to court for posting this to the credit bureau.am not owing

This was a mistake made by frontier communications, they ended up dropping it a few months back. I have no idea why this is still on my account.

added fraudulent account on my credit report not authorized by me.and they will not remove it.after all the info i sent them they dont even have my correct info

This company are a**holes! Their “representatives” are very rude, and they also tell me they are NOT willing to negotiate any payments or lower amounts.

I will pay $5 with a letter to be and all credit bureaus that this will be removed when I pay $5 on an account that I dispute. Please send

This is good to know as many others have believed that this company was an internal sister company of Wave Broadband....not so as evidenced here...................................................................................
