How do you expect to query and understand the current salary by looking at the tax return for the years 2020-2021.You can check the current salary from the credit score of the salary letter and whether there is a delay in the payment of the person.
Is your salary in 2021 the same as in 2022?
From the share stub document of W2 employees, the tax return of 1099 employees for the last 2 years is checked, and you can see the salary information in the salary letter given by the company.As everyone knows, tax returns are made until to April.
You cannot question the time lived according to the 2020-2021 tax return document, and it is wrong to look at the salary here and make a decision.In conclusion; You have a unit and employees that reject applications without questioning the balance between tax return querying and current time, and therefore making the wrong decision.
As a person who does not delay even 1 day payment, you are the unit that disapproving the $100 credit card limit because you could not properly balance the tax return and salary letter.
For these reasons I have explained, I do not think I will continue to work with you from now on, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I have a checking an savings. I had to overdraft my account due to financial difficulties. I had a check coming to pay them off an put money into my account to make my car payment. They closed my account within a week an a half so the check was mailed. I may lose my car due to this. I’m gonna have to file bankruptcy an they will not get a dime!! They denied my check, therefore it had to be mailed

Customer service is amazing. Policies are questionable. It's 2022, you should be able to email or fax or over a copy of a monthly account activity to a verified member. I've been struggling for over a month to get this elusive account access pin they keep swearing they mailed to me. I have asked them to resend it at least three times now and this the fifth day since my last attempt. I'm starting to lose hope. I just want to see my own activity but I can't get into cse online without the friggin pin! Literally killing me right now. I'm trying to get a house and this is all very time sensitive!

I also hate banking with CSE. My bank account was hacked twice and the first time it was credited back from the merchant and the second time they gave me a new card. I called them again 2 days before Thanksgiving someone from a company cleared my account out again was at work got off work talked to a service member online very helpful went not the bank and got this old miserable lady in members service who was acting like I did the charges so I told he after I received my money I’m closing my accounts and so is my daughter went to Chase and open an appointment with no problem. I should’ve stayed with away when they wouldn’t approve me for a loan with my credit in the 700’s

I absolutely hate having an account here. I constantly run into issues when purchasing things online or in person. My bank card is constantly put on hold or cancelled because CSE thinks there is fraudulent activity going on. Instead of calling or sending an email to verify if it is really me attempting to make purchases they instead cancel or put a hold on my card. A huge inconvenience for me ESPECIALLY since no one is availability on the weekend to solve these issues. They tell me how much I can and cant take out of my account. Its ridiculous. I made a mistake opening an account here.

CSE credit union has been beside me since the beginning. I have never had a car loan through a bank or credit union before and I was very nervous about trying to obtain one. CSE made the process very easy and stress free. I was able to get the car loan I wanted, along with the low car payment, and other features I wanted in my car loan. I can't say enough how helpful they were, they will be forever in my debt.

I have been dealing with CSE Federal Credit Union for over 20 years and I have been very satisfied with their service. I have applied for car loans and personal loans. The loan process has always been easy and fast. I have also had to refinance my loans and that process went smoothly. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The building is clean and welcoming. They have two locations so that's a great plus. They send a monthly newsletter with lots of great advice and upcoming events. I would definitely recommend CSE and will continue to use them in the future. They're the best!

I have been using CSE for about a little under 6 years now. I love CSE! They are so easy to use and very understanding. I have had multiple personal loans and two car loans as well. They were willing to work with my husband and I even though our credit isn't the greatest. When we needed a credit limit increase on our maxed out credit card for the birth of our second son they were more than willing to help us out. They didn't make us feel poorly about ourselves like other banks have done in the past. The tellers and loan officers are very efficient and patient seeing as how we usually have a couple of screaming children with us when we go there!

As a longtime customer, I would like to write a review about the wonderful service that I have received at CSE federal Credit Union. Let me first start by acknowledging the very experienced and helpful staff. Anytime I have needed advice on loans or checking I have always been able to depend on the knowledgeable staff to guide me in the right direction with helpful tips and planning strategies. I next want to point out the excellent and friendly customer service I have received when resolving any problems or concerns I may have with my account. The loan application process is quick and I usually have an answer within the same day regarding if I am approved for a loan and for how much. CSE has played a big role in the purchase of many vehicles I have bought over the years.
