What's Your Rating?
I have been a member for over 30+ years and my family have been members even longer but they couldn't care less.
I have a so called cash back card that I had to let default due to unexpected financial reasons, they froze all of my banking needs until the pmt was sent, I informed them of the reason but they didn't care or even offer to work out a plan for me to make it right.
I told the individual on the phone that I was getting some money when my late father's estate was settled in less than a week but they don't care, this place is all about getting the money and f@!k whatever you have to deal with in your personal life, they are a bunch greedy bastered, they need to be restructured with the people as a whole in mind. I had to put at least 1 star for a rating, they do not even deserve a glimmer of a star!!!!!!
I and my family have been with BofA for,....30+ years. They had our retirement funds, CD's and of course, checking and savings. I've been seeing the decline of their customer service for awhile now. LONG Lines if you need a teller, 8 people deep, 1 teller on duty!
So,....when I had enough I took a recommendation from friends. What a Pleasant Surprise.
Walked in the Loop 288 location, no appointment, nothing. Straight up to the tellers, who greeted me as I walked up, answered my questions, told me they'd have someone ASAP.
I didn't even get to sit down! The Branch Manager hollered from his office, come on in.....Shock.
This man was Friendly, Personable and Efficient. Not only answered questions but Sold me on his bank, won me over in 10 minutes. I opened my accounts right there on the spot.
Customer Service second to none. Loop 288......

I have a checking and savings account. I used Datcu bill pay to pay my health insurance. I used for two months. They sent my payment to the one they wanted to, not the one I had put in. Therefore I am very upset because Datcu bill pay sent the payment to different addresses each month. my insurance did not get paid. Datcu has a big problem with their bill pay system
