McAfee automatically renewed. The renewal notification with instructions on how to cancel was incorrect, and when I called Dell, no one knew how to help me. So, I just went ahead and paid even though I did not use it, need it, or want it. The following year, the same thing happened. This time, I refused to pay and was sent to collections. My cries and dispute fell on deaf ears. I bought three laptops from Dell that year, but I am now done with them. I also have several cards taken over by Comenity and will be closing all of them.

When they switched to Comenity, they lost my business forever. They are charging me for a subscription even though my account is paid off. It was marked to be cancelled in February 2022, but they have been charging me every month for all these years, and I still can't cancel it. Dell tells me to call Comenity, and Comenity says they have nothing to do with it and tells me to call Dell. This happens every single time.

Money hungry, will keep charging you forever. It is never ending. I have had an account open since 2017 and even when I try to pay off a large sum of it they incurred ridiculous amount of “interest charge” don’t do it!!!

Horrible customer service. Placed our last payment on an old account even though all other payments went on the current account and now want to charge us $500 interest. Don’t use this company!!! They will give you the run around and hope you give up.

I had a Dell preferred account I did not purchase anything on it. My sons friend was on x box and purchased 2 Microsoft computers just typed in my last name and account was automatically typed in and I was on the hook for 4700. No notice sent to me I’m the only one on account but they sure were worried about notifications when they’ve wanted their money. All I can say is for your own safety if you have a Dell account you need to cancel it or the same thing can happen to you.

WebBank is the bank you sign up with when you apply for Dell Financial Services. Don't be fooled! don't sign up with them. Not an open legitimate company. Do not respect their customers. I cannot believe Dell would associate themselves with thieves like this. Very DISAPPOINTED!!! do not invest your money with these guys.
