Worked with Jim Eagle. Real piece of trash. Strung my ex-wife and I along with bogus for about half a year with bogus information about refinancing. This is the type of worthless businessman that calls you two times in a row just because. The second it wasn't an easy sell for him, he stopped treating us like human beings. What a worthless guy. House is paid off now, no thanks to you and Ditech, who I couldn't recommend more lowly. Avoid these jerks like the plague.

Very disrespectful and disorganized. Kept losing my payments, couldn't deal with paying earlier than due date, and the agent was confused about the due date as well.

Worst B rate company. T.his loan was discharged in bankruptcy through foreclosure and is still on my credit report. They were unwilling to help work with me through a nasty divorce.

Awful customer service, no communication about any important or relevant information. We frequently sent them paperwork on time, that they reported as "lost" long after the due dates. Only to resurface when we asked more questions about it. They folded and the world is better off.

Is it possible to leave negative stars? Worse company I have ever had to deal with to the point I finally just told them I wouldn't pay them anymore and the keys were on the front porch and left. They still just kept reporting late payments for a year after that. Horrible company.

Absolutely horrendous mortgage company. After 20 years, they filed bankruptcy and split into two companies of which I don’t know who owns my mortgage. I cannot make any payments on line, only through post office snail mail. They’ve held my last 6 payments as Unapplied funds & cancelled my life insurance escrow policy that I’ve paid on time for 20 years, that’s part of my monthly payment to a 3rd party, because they didn’t allocate that $ correctly and now have deleted all Paper trail I ever had insurance. I have the cancelled policy to give to my lawyer! This type of crucial insurance policy is no longer avaialabke in FL & Ditech knows they messed up! If I call to talk to rep, I’m I phone for overc3 hours to make a payment. They have reported me late fir 6 months although I pay in time be sues they’re in a reassignment bankruptcy & a MESS! STAY AWAY! I have a lawyer and paper trail !!

Ditech has managed my home mortgage loan very well. I have auto debit and never late on my payments. The account is being transferred to NewRez who said they would continue to debit my payments from Ditech and did not. I now have my first late payment.

Sold my loan then turn me in like I had miss 2 payment if they give you a loan run for the hill because they will get 1 or 2 payment then they will sale your loan off

Ditech loan has been an excellent loan for me they did take it from 4.5% down to 3.75% on a 20 year term their website is excellent makes it very easy to make your payments online customer service is excellent and just found out unfortunately they’re selling my loan off to a new company I hope the new company Standards are as good as Ditech
