I deeply regret choosing this loan servicer for several reasons. First and foremost, I did not fully understand the terms I was agreeing to, and the inflated cost to repair a vehicle through this arrangement is simply unreasonable.
Despite my best efforts, making the bi-weekly payments of $158 has been a constant struggle—not just financially, but logistically. The payment portal frequently rejects transactions multiple times before finally accepting them, often without explanation. Logging in is consistently problematic, and customer service, while polite, has not provided clear or helpful guidance. There is also a troubling lack of transparency: no accessible documentation showing how many payments I’ve made or what my current balance is.
To date, I’ve paid $1,076 on a loan of $2,200 with an 18-month term. I am requesting that the remaining balance be calculated based on the original loan amount, subtracting what I’ve already paid, so I can settle this account and move on.
If you have the option to work with a different loan servicer, I strongly urge you to do so. My experience has bordered on predatory lending, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF THESE RAPACIOUS, SLEAZY, DISHONEST THIEVES! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! They will approve you easily and quickly, and tell you that they are setting up automatic debits from your bank account. They lie to you when they tell you that you have the option to pay off the amount of the purchase in ninety days and you will be charged zero interest. Then just try to make those extra payments online—they get rejected! They refuse them online!

Horrible company. This company targets people to decline payments for fixing their cars and says, "We don't meet their requirements," which is a laugh and a joke. They are liars and rip off people, stealing from Americans in this country. Do not apply with Easy Pay—rude people, liars, and cheaters.

We utilized Easy Pay when we bought a dog, and I believe the loan company is Merchant. We didn't realize that our interest rate was 89.99%; this is loan shark interest rate, the highest it should have ever been is 27%. Every time I call to speak to someone, I receive the runaround, which is not really professional or knowledgeable. Finally, when I would ask for a manager or a supervisor, they still could not provide the proper information.
Additionally, I wanted to pay off the amount that I owed. I sent an overnight and paid $30 for a signed receipt when received, and they didn't even do that. They didn't adjust the bill either. They said they received it today, August 5, and the reason for me to send it was to prevent the interest rate and all the charges that they like to accumulate to get more money out of you.
I tried to explain this to them; they acted like they didn't care. I am very disappointed, upset, and disgusted with this company, Merchant and Easy Pay. They would say that they didn't have anything to do with this; they're just the ones collecting money, and I totally understand that, but customer service is customer service. They acted like they didn't really care—it's about the money.
Very disappointed, I am glad I paid them off. Never again.

I would never use or recommend EasyPay to anyone. It's a rip-off! They don't disclose information such as charging 197% interest. They impose a daily interest of $11 until the debt is fully paid. Do not choose EasyPay; you will regret it.

I am 22 years old and from the bottom of my heart, EASYPAY ruined my life. I needed 1,800$ to fix my car (which I had to sell a couple months later) and I put a payment of $800 towards that balance, they failed to inform me that the $800 was going to be SPREAD OUT to my FUTURE BILLING and not actually go TOWARDS MY BALANCE. So they proceeded to charge me $10 A DAY for interest for several months when I thought I was on AUTOPAY they didn’t charge me for 5 MONTHS!!!!!! and the interest rate went UP LIKE FUCJING CRAZY!!!!! I’ve paid over 3,000 and I still have a balance of 2,080$. Even if I keep paying WHAT THEY SET ME UP TO PAY MONTHLY, I WILL NEVER BE DONE PAYING IT OFF!!!!! When I called they told me to pay off my FULL BALANCE TO FIX THE ISSUE! When I got it, I had no job and I was living in my car, depressed and suicidal, they’ve make it 1.000000x worse. Don’t do it. I hate myself for it.

The interest is absolutely awful, and in several states it's illegal. But they still offer their predatory loans in states where predatory lending is illegal by using a bank called TAB Bank, which is appearently a loophole that allows them to charge exorbitant interest even in states where it's rightfully considered a crime. Charging over 150% in interest is insane. Especially when they use auto repairs and tire shops as bait, something that people depend on to be able to make it to work to pay their bills and support their families.
The lady on the phone that handled my application said it was 119 per month, so you can imagine my surprise when I saw 119 coming out every 2 weeks, and after digging through the multiple confirmation emails that they send upon approval, I found buried in one of the emails, in small print, where it said that the payments were bi-weekly. So I have no legal ground to stand on. $119 times 12 months is $1,428. That's $1,428 I wasn't factoring into my decision to use their "loan service". And now I'm stuck making outrageous, financially crippling payments. Nearly 8 months in, and my payoff amount is still more than 70% of just the cost of the product I purchased. They made sure to get all of their interest up front to ensure the cost of paying off early is too high, right up until the very end of the loan. A person's financial survival should not depend on reading the fine print. A company should not be able to charge 150% interest, literally thousands of dollars over the price of the product I purchased, and simply shrug saying I should have dug deeper into their misleading and intentionally obscured email disclaimers. That is why predatory lending is illegal. Yet, these evil people find loopholes so they can continue robbing from those who have the least to spare.
These people are truly evil. Actual psychopaths without any capability of empathy or remorse for their preying on people through deceitful tactics and outright lies. The fact that National Tire and Battery recommended Easypay to me so that I could purchase name brand tires over the tires I had picked out, which were in my budget, is sickening. These people should be imprisoned for the financial hardships they inflict on their victims. Everyone from the psychopaths running the company, right down the customer service reps that sit there in front of their computer while watching thousands of accounts come across their screen, thousands of people being robbed, and pretending not to notice while they collect their paycheck.
Easypay finance, and every company like them should be made illegal in all 50 states, and the loopholes they use to get around regulations should be closed. The amount of suffering caused by a single company like this is truly staggering.
No matter how badly you need what you're considering financing with Easypay Finance, it is not worth the cost. The real cost. No matter what they tell you up front, you will regret it in the end.

This has been disputed since day 1 and multiple letters have been sent with no response. Horrible company. The company who performed the services financed basically robbed me and within 24 hrs EasyPay was notified. They said to submit a dispute and that they would stop payment to vendor. Apparently that never happened and now it’s going to be a bad debt.
